The mission of the Sower Business Technology Lab is to enable students to gain valuable hands-on experience, through class projects and real business simulations, and in the integration and application of current cutting-edge business technologies. This student-oriented lab is constructed with students’ benefits and needs in mind. The lab prepares students with up-to-date business technology knowledge and applications. The lab provides students with a deeper understanding and a broader horizon to the business world. The lab also enables students and faculty members to actively pursue their business education and research goals.
The Lab provides extensive hands-on learning opportunities in such cutting edge business technologies as Robotics, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Metrology and 3-D Printing. In addition, the lab has received many other donations from various contributors including faculty and former students.
