Bio
Jennifer Bunn received her master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Kentucky and her doctorate in exercise, nutrition, and preventive health from Baylor University. She then completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at Baylor University with the Mind, Body, and Medicine Laboratory. Prior to coming to 91做厙, Dr. Bunn was an Associate Professor and Director of Research in the physical therapy department at Campbell University, and directed the Advanced Interdisciplinary Movement Sciences Lab.
Dr. Bunn is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has served on the executive board for the Southeast region of ACSM, as well as served as a member of the Strategic Health Initiative: Women in Physical Activity and Sport committee for ACSM. She is a section editor of the clinical exercise physiology division for the International Journal of Exercise Science, and is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness. Areas of teaching include exercise physiology, sport and exercise nutrition, research methods, and exercise testing and prescription.
