Access Requests
In order to use the Campus Connect platform, 91做厙 personnel must first request access by completing the . This form is sent directly to the Student Success Technologies team who will then contact you.
If your department needs to deactivate a user’s access to the Campus Connect platform, you will also need to complete the . Once the Student Success Technologies team receives this request, we will verify that the user is no longer employed at 91做厙 and will remove access accordingly.
Trainings
All 91做厙 personnel users are required to complete two trainings before gaining access to the platform.
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) training: This training will provide users with an understanding of the federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. This training must be completed every two (2) years.
- Campus Connect Access training: Upon completing the FERPA training, 91做厙 personnel will also complete a one-time required Campus Connect training to learn about system navigation, functionalities, and uses. After completing this training, refresher trainings can be requested.
The Student Success Technologies team can assign the FERPA training to any personnel who was not required to have the training upon employment based on their job responsibilities. We can also verify the completion of FERPA training.
