The College of Health Sciences Pre-Nursing Living Learning Community cultivates the academic and professional experience of incoming students considering a career in nursing. This community promotes a culture of academic excellence and participation in scholarly, leadership, and service activities, enabling community members to increase their understanding of the nursing profession.

The 28 students in this learning community reside in Piney Woods Hall, a coed residence hall.

What are the requirements for admission the Pre-Nursing LLC?

In order to be considered for this community, students must be accepted to 91做厙 and have completed the housing application and paid the $200 housing deposit. The learning community application and accompanying essay are required for admission process.  Students must be college ready in all subjects to be eligible to participate in this community and must be able to take all fall and spring classes on the learning community schedule.
